Product Descriptions

Warranty
Wclocks provides a 1-year warranty for the following products:
- Clocks
- Watches
- Watch winders
Warranty coverage includes manufacturing defects only. Claims must be made within the warranty period and must include proof of purchase and photographs of the defect. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
Other products, such as accessories and books, do not carry a warranty unless explicitly stated.
